The ZM01 VOC sensor utilizes MEMS technology to fabricate a micro heat plate on a Si based substrate, and the gas sensing material used is a metal oxide semiconductor material with low conductivity in clean air. When there is a sensitive gas environment at the sensor, the conductivity of the sensor changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. This sensor has high sensitivity, is compact and precise, and adopts I2C digital signal output mode, which is convenient for multiple sensors to network and observe. At the same time, a pin is pre-set as an alarm trigger signal output, which can be widely used in many fields such as environmental safety and portable instruments.
